Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to U.S. states where hemp-derived cannabinoid products are legal. Please see our Shipping Exclusions section for states we will not ship to.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): ~$8.95 & FREE for orders over $50
  • Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days): ~$19.95 & FREE for orders over $200

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 6 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Partners:

We use USPS and UPS for shipping our products, all of which accept hemp-derived products with less than 0.3% THC.

Package Discretion:

All packages are shipped in discrete, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents.

Tracking:

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Delivery Requirements:

Some orders may require adult signature confirmation (21+) upon delivery.

Shipping Documentation:

We maintain all required documentation including:

  • Laboratory test results showing THC content below 0.3%
  • Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
  • Compliance licenses and reports
  • Hemp declaration documents

These records are maintained for a minimum of 3 years as required by federal law.

International Shipping:

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
